Parabolic SAR (stop and reverse) is a trend-following indicator aiming to identify the turning points and the recommended levels at which stop-loss orders should be placed. Parabolic SAR's calculations are based on where the current price is in relation to the high / low for the current trend and the rate of change of the price. When Parabolic SAR generates a trading signal when the direction of the trend changes. While the price is in the uptrend / downtrend, the indicators calculates the stop-loss level for each period.
