Stochastic Centre of Gravity indicator is a derivative of Fisher Centre of Gravity, scaled on a range of -1 to +1. Fisher Centre of Gravity indicator is a smoothed oscillator which has minimised lag. Stochastic value of that indicator is calculated by comparing the highest and the lowest values over the selected period and shows where the current value is in relation to this range. It is a momentum indicator intended to identify the support and resistance levels.
