Stochastic Relative Vigor Index is a derivative of FisherRVI, scaled on a range of -1 to +1. Relative Vigor Index indicator is based on the assumption that the prices tend to close above the open in the rising markets and below the open in the falling markets. Stochastic value of that indicator is calculated by comparing the highest and the lowest values over the selected period and shows where the current value is in relation to this range. It is a momentum indicator intended to identify the support and resistance levels.
